Warranty information Smart Pet Self cleaning litter trays
All of our products come with individual warranties which are detailed in the description on the product page. For example our Neakasa M1 self- cleaning litter trays come with a one year warranty. We are a independent retailer of the Neakasa Machines, so how does your warranty work with us?
The sale of 'goods' act reference the 'seller' this is the company from whom you bought the product with, not the manufacturer. If you product develops a fault and this is not caused from misuse or wear and tear we are you first port of call to contact.
How our warranty policy works
1. Any fault of query with any product purchased from Smart- Pet, we require you to notify us in writing to smartpetyorkshire@gmail.com with details of the issue and any supporting photos/ videos. We will respond to you in 3 working days.
2. We will advise on how to rectify the fault/ suggest replacement parts and ship them to you, or ship you a new unit if required.
3. All warranty claims come via ourselves and we will rectify you and liaise with the manufacturers where needed.
What is covered in our warranties?
Our warranties cover everything issues by the manufacturer. If your purchase was a PETKIT device, please review the petkit warranty information, likewise if your device is a Neakasa M1.
Smart-Pet ship our products in the exact state they were received from the manufacturer. We do not conduct any third party testing.
During our warranty period, return shipping on defective items is only covered by smart-pet for up to 30 days. After this period the buyer is responsible for shipping any units back to Smart-Pet for further investigation. The shipping of replacement product/ parts/ repaired product will be covered by Smart- Pet.
